These employees have dedicated themselves to processing information, supporting other employees, maintaining records, and ensuring the security of confidential information for First National Bank of Central Alabama. The average years of service of our Operations personnel is 23 years. Originally, those involved in operations were divided amongst three rooms, one of which was shared with drive-thru tellers, and a loud proofing machine. Another room was used to house the bank's mainframe, which is still in use to this day. | | | The bank saw a need to provide themselves with a more reliable, and centralized location to house all of the operations functions of the bank, as well as the equipment and personnel that was involved. In October of 2002, the newly built Operations Center was put into service. The Operations Center now houses our mainframe and network servers, along with our bookkeeping and IT Department. One of the great advantages of the facility is its gas powered generator, which has kept the bank running through even the most violent of storms, including tornadoes and hurricanes. | | | The First National Bank of Central Alabama Operations Center strives to introduce and support the newest and latest banking services available in the growing market today.
